Free AI Visibility Snapshot at visibility.hypergen.ai · Last updated October 3, 2026
This page explains what we collect when you ask for a free AI Visibility Snapshot, why, who else sees it, and how long we keep it. "We" means HyperGen AI, a brand of More Leads Online, LLC.
This service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
What we collect
- Your website address (domain).
- Business details you confirm: business name, main service, city and state. We suggest these by reading your public home page; you can change them.
- Your email address.
- Your IP address and browser type, when you send the form, confirm your email or unsubscribe.
- Consent records: the exact words we showed you, whether you agreed to marketing emails, the time and your IP address.
- Your snapshot results: the questions we asked AI assistants, their answers, and what we found in them (for example, whether your business was named and which other businesses were named).
- A record of messages we send you and whether they were delivered, bounced or marked as spam.
Why we use it
- To make your snapshot and email it to you.
- To stop abuse: we limit snapshots per website, per email and per network, and use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person sent the form.
- If you tick the box: to send you occasional emails about getting found in AI answers. We never do this unless you ticked the box.
- To follow up about your snapshot if you reply or book a call.
Who else receives it
- OpenAI (ChatGPT), Perplexity and SerpApi (for Google's AI Overviews) receive your business name and the questions we ask, which include your service, city and state. That is how the snapshot is made. Your website address is not sent to them. Your email and IP address are never sent to them.
- Amazon Web Services hosts the service and sends our emails (Amazon SES). It processes your email address and the messages we send you.
- Cloudflare runs the Turnstile check on the form and provides our domain name service.
- We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
They process this information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
- Visitors: our site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
- Bot check: on the form page, Cloudflare Turnstile runs in a small frame from challenges.cloudflare.com. It sets no cookies on our site. Inside its own frame it keeps one item in Cloudflare's browser storage. Cloudflare uses the signals it collects (such as your IP address and browser details) only to tell people from bots.
- Our staff: when HyperGen AI staff sign in to the admin area, we set one cookie that keeps them signed in for up to 12 hours. You will never get this cookie.
- No trackers: we use no advertising, analytics or social media trackers, and no other third-party scripts. Our site is set up to block them.
- Server logs: our web server keeps a standard log of each request (IP address, time, page and browser) for 14 days, for security.
- Do Not Track: we don't track you across sites or build profiles, so a Do Not Track signal changes nothing here. Everyone is treated the same way.
How long we keep it
We delete your contact details, consent records, messages and snapshot results 180 days after your last activity, unless you become a HyperGen AI client. Our encrypted backups age out within about 90 days after that.
Your choices
- Stop marketing emails: click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email. It works right away.
- See, correct or delete your information: email keith@hypergen.ai. We will reply within 30 days.
Security
Your information is stored on servers in the United States, encrypted on disk and in backups. Only HyperGen AI staff can see it, and admin access needs a password and a second-factor code.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
